Get in Touch with Your Natural Side

Who doesn't love the cool breeze of an autumn evening as the sun slowly begins to set? Next Wednesday evening, after a busy work day, take a stroll around the Farmers Market at Kennedy Plaza, outside City Hall at 1 W. Chester St., for all of your favorite sauces, cheeses, farmers' produce and more. The market is open until 6 p.m.

Rest Easy at Speakeasy

On any night of the week you'll find something going on at Speakeasy. Listen to live music starting at 10 p.m. on Fridays and 10:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Ladies drink 1/2 price, and everyone enjoys all you can eat mussels on Thursdays. Jake's Friend Chicken Dinner is all the rage on the first day of the workweek, and sample an array of tapas on Tuesdays. Head there for prime rib, a BLT salad and on side for $20 on Wednesdays.

Taco Time

As the summer days and nights of hot dogs, hamburgers and ribs fade away, your palate may start craving some other culinary delights. Visit Whale's Tale Seafood and Oyster Bar, at 916 W. Beech St., for $1 tacos every Monday and Tuesday. To top it all off, enjoy daily happy hour specials offering $3 bottled beer and pint sized mixed drinks.
