Workers continued to raise a bungalow on Tennessee Street in Long Beach, the entire city of which is deemed a flood zone. The West End home may be the first in the city to be elevated according to Federal Emergency Management Agency flood standards since Hurricane Sandy, which slammed the barrier island exactly five months ago Friday, when this photo was taken.
