Reps from The Boardwalk and The Breeze Support Polar Bear Spalsh
Representatives from The Boardwalk and The Breeze Lend Their Support to the 25th Annual Long Beach Polar Bear Splash

Representatives from B2K Development, the creators behind Long Beach’s luxury oceanfront condominium The Boardwalk and the ultra-luxury rental residence The Breeze, joined the community at the 25th Annual Long Beach Polar Bear Splash to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Braving snowy and frigid conditions, they handed out hot chocolate and coffee to participants and supportive onlookers alike.
“Witnessing thousands of people come together on a snowy Sunday to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation was truly inspiring,” said Collin Gabriel, Vice President of Residential Management at B2K Development. “It’s an honor to contribute, even in a small way, to such a compassionate and dedicated community.”
“The Polar Bear Splash is an iconic Long Beach tradition, all for an incredible cause,” added Matthew Gelb, Leasing Professional at The Breeze. “We wanted to show our gratitude to the participants and help spread a little warmth on such a freezing day.”

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses, creating experiences that inspire hope and build strength in their fight against illness. This year’s Polar Bear Splash raised over $485,000, bringing the total raised since the event’s inception in 2000 to more than $10 million. The efforts are dedicated to the memory of Paulie Bradley, a young boy who passed away in 1997 at just four years old.
