A couple frolics in a store window, a tardy commuter boards a Penn Station-bound train, and hot dogs and hamburgers are still on hold at a beach concession stand. These are just some of the scenes in Long Beach that we focused our cameras on for this Thursday’s View Finder photo gallery.
