Some people struggle among us. Sometimes we don't see it till it's too late.

We have family, friends, and acquaintances who seem to have it all together. We see them on our beach, our boardwalk, around town, at work, and across our dinner table.

All seems like it’s going well. They may seem fit, both physically and mentally, and they may be quick to help others. They always have a smile.

But beneath the surface, something potentially deadly can lurk. And the day may come when, in a moment, one horrible moment, it comes to the surface.
