Police are looking to arrest a man for stabbing two people in the Two Bridges area on Saturday, authorities said.

LOWER EAST SIDE, NY — A man repeatedly stabbed two people on Saturday night on the Lower East Side, police said.
The man, who police have not publicly identified, was drinking with another man and a woman in the Two Bridges area, near South Street and Catherine Slip, police said. The three got into an argument at about 10 p.m. that ended with the stabbing. Authorities say the assailant stabbed both the man and the woman repeatedly in their torsos. The man and woman, who are believed to be homeless, were transported to the hospital for treatment.
