Billy Joel To Ring In 2024 With 1st UBS Arena Concert

ELMONT, NY — While Billy Joel getting ready to wrap up his Madison Square Garden franchise, he's set to create memories. Joel's first appearance at UBS Arena should be a special one.

The "Piano Man" is bringing his decades of hits to the arena adjacent to Belmont Park for a New Year's Eve concert.

The show begins at 9:30 p.m., as the audience and Joel will ring in 2024 together.

“We are thrilled to welcome Long Island’s own Billy Joel to UBS Arena at Belmont Park,” said UBS Arena president Kim Stone. “To have such an iconic artist as our New Year’s Eve show is an honor."

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.

The legendary singer/songwriter has received numerous accolades including six Grammy Awards and the Legend Award. He's a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and was a Kennedy Center honoree.
