Cops Release Sketch of Elmont Robbery Suspect
The man pictured is one of two wanted for robbing a man in April, police said.

Nassau Police released a sketch of a man wanted in a robbery in Elmont in April.
At 9:15 p.m. on April 9, the victim was cleaning out his car on Hoffman Avenue when he was approached by two men, police said.
One of the men gestured toward his waistband to claim he had a gun before demanding the victim’s property, cops said. The victim handed over a box containing his belongings before the pair fled, police said.

The men were described as being 6-foot-2 and 5-foot-10, average build, in their 20s, and were wearing black hoodies.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
