Cops: Woman Used Forged Prescription
The Garden City South woman used a forged prescription for painkillers in February in Levittown, police said.

A Garden City South woman was charged Wednesday with using a forged prescription to get painkillers in Levittown, according to Nassau County Police.
On Feb. 23, Samantha Sanginiti, 25, presented a forged prescription to a pharmacist at Levinson’s Pharmacy, located at 3259 Hempstead Turnpike, cops said.
An investigation led investigators to charge Sanginiti with second-degree possession of a forged instrument at 2:10 p.m. at her home, police said. Sanginiti will be arraigned Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
