ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — A crash had blocked a lane on the Southern State Parkway on Wednesday afternoon.

The accident was eastbound between Exit 18 (Eagle Avenue) and Exit 19S (Peninsula Boulevard), Nassau Traffic Management posted to X.
