Crochet at Library: Head to the West Hempstead Public Library at 6:30 p.m. for Crochet, which is the process of creating fabric from thread, yarn or other materials. Beginners are welcome and the cost is $2 per session.
Sons of Italy Meets: The Lynbrook Per Sempre Lodge #2344 Order Sons of Italy is looking for new members and will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday at 8 p.m. They are located at 381 Sunrise Hwy. and the entrance is in the rear of the building.
Lynbrook Crime Update: The Lynbrook Police Department reported a number of criminal charges and case reports over the past two weeks. Recent crime includes ten locker doors damaged in the men’s locker room at Synergy gym in Lynbrook, with total damage of $3,000 and the burglary of a Lynbrook home, with losses of $1,290 reported.
