Please describe why this individual is a hero at your school.
She is the school crossing guard for the Malverne High School and Middle School and she knows many many many many kids names and talks to them about their everyday affairs at the schools and has even given a couple of kids money to buy a donut from Dunkin Donuts when they didn't have enough money to buy one. She is great at her job at keeping the cars at bay when the kids need to cross the streets

What should your community know about this person?
They should be thankful that she is there watching over their kids and taking an interest in their school work & most importantly keeping them safe from those crazy drivers that try to beat the light or try to make a turn while the kids are trying to cross the street because she makes sure that those cars stop before there is an accident.
