Dozens Of Illegal Vaping Products Seized From West Hempstead Store: Police

WEST HEMPSTEAD, NY — Illegal forms of vaping products were sold at a shop in West Hempstead, police said.

An investigation on Monday brought officers to NR Mart Convenience Store on Hempstead Avenue. A large quantity of flavored vape products were displayed for sale, police said.

As a result of the investigation, Bilawal H. Shah, 30, of North Babylon, is charged with sale of restricted products and sale of prohibited flavored products, police said. He was issued a desk appearance tickets returnable to First District Court on August 7.
