A special presentation for the community regarding the current foreclosure situation will be held on April 2 at 7:30 p.m. inside the meeting room at Harold Walker Park.

Real estate experts will be discussing the current foreclosure situation. Talking points include:

  2. The Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007 
  3. President Obama's foreclosure prevention initiatives 
  4. Incentives being offered from the banks to those facing foreclosure.
