Lynbrook Man Charged After Headbutting Ambulance Worker: Police
Ali Aoun is accused of assaulting the emergency technician, police said.

LYNBROOK, NY — A Lynbrook man was arrested after injuring an ambulance worker.
Just after 11:30 p.m. on Monday, Lynbrook police officers, responding to a home, requested a Nassau County ambulance for a man, police said.
The man became combative and headbutted the emergency technician. Ali Aoun, 24, was subdued and placed under arrest, police said.

He was charged with second-degree assault.
The ambulance worker suffered a bruise on the head and experienced dizziness. He was treated by medical personnel.

Ali was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
