Man Kills His Wife, Then Himself In Nassau: Police
Nassau Police say the murder-suicide occurred Saturday morning.

ELMONT, NY – A man fatally shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself Saturday morning in Elmont, Nassau Police said.
According to police, officers responded to a 911 call for shots fired on Wellington Road at 11:39 a.m. Upon arrival, police discovered a male and a female with apparent gunshot wounds. Both people were pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation determined that that Patrick Myrthil, 31, shot his wife, Tertue Gregoire, 30, multiple times before shooting himself following an argument, police said.
