Nassau County Police arrested a 46-year-old Queens woman Wednesday evening after she allegedly performed a massage without a license on an undercover detective.
According to Nassau County detectives, Luo Chun Hong, of Flushing, performed an unlicensed massage on an undercover officer for an agreed upon amount of money while inside an office building located at 357 Hempstead Turnpike, Suite 203.
Hong was arrested at the scene without incident.
Hong is charged with unauthorized practice of a crime. She will be arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
