Police said the pair confronted a 15-year-old boy outside In & Out, located at 300 Mill Road, and demanded money.
After the teen handed over his cash, police said Miles and Kohen wanted more. Kohen took out a knife and the victim gave up more money. The defendants then entered a white Ford and fled the scene.
