REMINDER: Malverne Relay for Life Set for Friday

The Relay for Life of Malverne is scheduled for Friday evening.

The event will kick off with a survivor dinner at 4:45 p.m. followed by the opening ceremony at 6 p.m. at the Malverne High School track.

As of April 29, a total of 15 teams and 108 participants had raised $19,503.

Last spring, more than 500 people turned out for Malverne's Relay For Life event and raised more than $32,000. The goal is to continue to grow each year.
