Sub Shop Opens With Fundraiser For Area High School
The new Jersey Mike's location on Sunrise Highway is owned by two brothers.

LYNBROOK, NY — To debut their Jersey Mike's Subs shop in Lynbrook, franchise owners Kevin Monge and Chris Monge will hold a grand opening and give back to the community.
The eatery is supporting Lynbrook High School from June 1 to June 5.
Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon prior to the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to the school in exchange for a regular sub.

"As two brothers and dads running a family business, we understand how important family values are. We treat our business like our home, and our guests and team members as part of our family. We are delighted to represent the Jersey Mike’s brand and all that it stands for, while engaging in local community events and charities to better the village of Lynbrook," Chris Monge said. "We are looking forward to supporting Lynbrook High School in a fundraising campaign to raise money for them during our grand opening."
Guests can place orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike's app.

"We hope to serve as a pillar in the community, not only by always serving great subs, but by providing an extraordinary experience in an energetic environment," Kevin Monge said.
The Jersey Mike's at 643 Sunrise Highway opens on June 1.
