The West Hempstead Chamber of Commerce announced that they have organized a number of ribbon cutting events for small businesses in the community.
The purpose of the ceremonies is to highlight the businesses and bring out the community.
The following businesses will be participating:
Saturday, June 15
Avenue Deli, 290 Hempstead Avenue at 11 a.m.
Edward Jones, 365 Hempstead Avenue at 1 p.m.
Thursday, June 20
Figaros Wine & Liquor, 400 Hempstead Avenue, 12 p.m.
