Bothered by Break-Ins
Massapequa and surrounding areas have seen a number of break-ins at cell phone stores. How concerned are you?

It's become a familiar modus operandi in and around Massapequa.
A thief or group of thieves throw a rock or concrete through a cell phone store window and grab cell phones.
It happened again on Saturday according to police, who said a burglar struck at the Carmans Road Radio Shack.
The break-in was very similar to one at the same store in January, although police have not connected the crimes.
There have been similar strikes at area cell phone stores over the past few years.
We want to know how concerned you are about these crimes. Are they occasional isolated incidents or do you feel this is a serious problem. How can they be prevented?
