School Board: The Massapequa Board of Education meets Thursday ay 8 p.m. in the District Board Room. It's expected that the Board will announce how they will make up the school days that were lost as a result of Hurricane Sandy.

Hoops: The Massapequa Boys Basketball team travels to MacArthur High School  at 5:30 p.m.

Bowling: Massapequa takes on Plainview JFK at Farmingdale Lanes starting at 3 p.m.

Writing Our Stories: The writing group meets at the Bar Harbour Library at 1 p.m.

Trivia: Show off your knowledge at the Corner Galley's Thursday Night Trivia event. It gets underway at 9 p.m.
