Pearl Harbor Day: Friday is a day of rememberance in the area and around the country marking the anniversary of the attack that led to U.S. invovement in World War II. The Town of Oyster Bay will hold a rememberance and their will be a ceremony at Republic Airport in Farmingdale. Stay with Patch for details.

Food Craft: The Central Avenue Library will host a holiday food craft for teens at 4:30 p.m. There's a $4 materials fee.

Line Dancing:  This weekly class meets at the Bar Harbour Library at 10:30 a.m.

Girls Basketball: The Chiefs travel to Herricks High School for a 4:30 p.m. Tip-off.

Ice Hockey: Massapequa faces off in Garden City at Dix Hills. Game time is 8:45 p.m.
