Fundraising LI Walk Brings Awareness To Breast Cancer
It takes place on Oct. 27 at Marjorie Post Community Park.
MASSAPEQUA, NY — Residents can join a charity walk to support breast cancer awareness. In commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the memorial walk to take place at Marjorie Post Community Park.
The walk honors Patricia Orzano, a past president of the Massapequa Chamber of Commerce.
The Oct. 27 event starts 10 a.m. Participants are asked to bring a non-perishable item for a food drive.

To join the walk, click here to register. It's $25 per person, with proceeds going to Mondays Cancer Care and Hewlett House.
