Lockhart Designs Paper Roller Coasters
Young Massapequa engineers created roller coasters as part of a STEM activity.
Lockhart fourth graders in the Schoolwide Enrichment Program, under the direction of Mrs. Markowski, designed and built paper roller coasters as a S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) activity. Students had so much fun creating the project, they did not even realize all of the learning that took place!
