On Saturday, community members, organizations and businesses will gather to celebrate our strength in overcoming Hurricane Sandy.
Massapequa Breathes, an event sponsored by YES Community Counseling Center, the Massapequa School District the Chamber of Commerce and the PTA, will give neighbors a chance to socialize have fun and express community pride.
More than 70 residents and organizations who helped us through the storm will be honored at the event which runs from 12:30 p.m to 4 p.m. at Berner Middle School
