On Tuesday the Town of Oyster Bay formally voted to adjourn a hearing on the proposed development of the Wang property in Plainview.
The hearing was supposed to take place in April, but was postponed to give members of the community the chance to prepare more.
Town Supervisor John Venditto said that there appears to be significant opposition to the plan and he wants to make sure all sides get a full opportunity to be heard.
At the same time, there is no set date for the hearing to be held. We want to know how much time you think should be given. What's a reasonable amount of time to prepare?
Should the town set a new date for a hearing or instead of postponing it indefinitely, or should they leave things open?
