TOB Offering More Skating Opportunities During Winter Break

The town is expanding the hours its skating rinks are open next week, during the winter break for many school districts.

TOWN OF OYSTER BAY, NY — To give families something to do over the upcoming winter break, the Town of Oyster Bay is offering public skating sessions at its three rinks all week long.

From Feb. 20 through 25, all of the town rinks will be open for three public sessions: 1-3 p.m., 4-6 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Additionally, the town is holding a special $2 skating event on Feb. 22.

The town's outdoor rinks at Marjorie Post Park in Massapequa and Syosset-Woodbury Community Park, as well as the indoor Town Skating Center at Bethpage Community Park, will be open for residents to enjoy, weather permitting.
