Bonilla Verdict, E-Cycling and Free Pet Adoptions

The trial of Mark Bonilla came to a close Thursday, with the Hempstead Town Clerk being found guilty on one count of official misconduct.Β Hempstead Town officialsΒ called for Bonilla’s resignationΒ after he was accused in September 2012 of threatening to transfer an employee unless he gave Bonilla personal photographs of a female employee who had accused Bonilla of sexual harassment.Β Read more here.

E-Cycling
Electronic equipment can be recycled and disposed of properly. All computers, computer components, televisions, VCRs and DVD players will be accepted. The event will be held on Aug. 3 atΒ Division Avenue (off Hempstead Tpke.) inΒ Levittown (in Town Parking Lot L2).
