Search On For Missing 69-Year-Old Last Seen In Rosedale: Police

The man could be headed for Roosevelt, police say.

ROSEDALE, NY. — The search is on for a missing 69-year-old man Monday after he was last seen in Rosedale and reported missing Saturday, police said.

69-year-old Neil Godden was reported missing to police just before 2 p.m. Saturday, police said. Police described Godden as a Black man standing 5-feet, 11-inches and weighing 180 lbs. He has gray hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing grey pants, a grey jacket, light-colored sneakers and a dark backpack, police said.

Police said Godden’s destination is possibly Roosevelt. Detectives are encouraging anyone with information on Godden’s whereabouts to call the missing persons squad at 516-573-7347, or call 911.
