1 Arrested In NY State Police Massage Spa Prostitution Investigation
A 50-year-old Florida resident offered investigators sexual intercourse for money at the Dutchess County spa, according to state police.
PAWLING, NY — A probe by state police investigators led to the arrest of a Florida woman on prostitution charges.
New York State Police say that they received a complaint on July 21 about suspected prostitution at the Hi7-Spa, on Oak Street in the Village of Pawling.
An investigation was then launched by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and the Troop K Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET).

On August 13, officers from Troop K VGNET, the BCI, and Uniform Patrol conducted a sting at the spa.
State police say that during the operation, 50-year-old Xuekun Lin, of Davenport, Florida offered sexual intercourse for money. Investigators also found that Lin did not possess a valid New York State massage therapy license.

She was arrested and charged with felony unlawful practice of a profession, and misdemeanor prostitution.
Lin was processed and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pawling Court on September 11.
