2 Powerball 3rd-Prize-Winning Tickets Sold In Hudson Valley

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — There were three Powerball third-prize-winning tickets sold in New York for the Sept. 27 Powerball drawing, two of which were in the Hudson Valley.

The New York Lottery said the tickets — each worth $50,000 — were purchased at:

• Railroad Deli, 146 W. Railroad Ave. in Garnerville
• Ireland Corners General Store, 551 Route 208 in New Paltz
• 7-Eleven #38103A, 2320 Union Boulevard in Bay Shore

Winning numbers for the Sept. 27 Powerball drawing are 1-7-46-47-63 with a Powerball of 7, according to the New York Lottery website.

To win the third prize, players must have chosen four numbers plus the Powerball.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
