3 NY Women Arrested Trying To Bring Drugs Into Prison: NYSP
Officials at Otisville Correctional Facility called the state police at three different times on the same day.
OTISVILLE, NY — Three New York women were accused of trying to bring illegal drugs into the Otisville Correctional Facility on the same day.
The New York State Police said they were contacted by the New York State Department of Corrections of three different women attempting to smuggle in narcotics at three different times.
None of the woman were together, police said.

At 10 a.m., Teeara Thomas, 19, from New York, tried to bring in 12.6 grams of marijuana, police said.
She was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband, a misdemeanor.

At noon, Keymani Washington, 21, of Roosevelt, Nassau County, tried to bring in 43 grams of marijuana, police said.
She was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband, a misdemeanor.
Around 12:15 p.m., Inala James, 24, of Queens, attempted to bring in 72 grams of marijuana and 14 sublingual strips.
She was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.
All three were released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Mount Hope Court March 9.
