3 Yonkers Residents Stole Hudson Valley Restaurant's Cooking Oil: PD
Police said the box van that was used was rented in Westchester County and may have been involved in other cooking oil thefts.

RED HOOK, NY — Three Yonkers residents were arrested Wednesday after being accused of stealing cooking oil from a Dutchess County restaurant.
The Red Hook Police Department said they received a call around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday about the theft of cooking oil from the Jaeger House Restaurant on Route 9G in Tivoli.
Officers responded and said they were told by the restaurant that a white Home Depot box van was involved in the theft and had left the scene.

A short time later, an officer said the vehicle matching the description was spotted traveling south on Route 9G, and a traffic stop was initiated.
Authorities said officers found, during a roadside investigation, more than 100 gallons of stolen cooking oil and equipment used to steal the oil.

The truck had been rented in Westchester County, police said, and may have been involved in other thefts in the area in recent weeks.
Red Hook police said the Prince C. Gonzalez, 27, Analie Navarro, 34, and Leuri A. Deleon, 21, all of Yonkers, were arrested.
They were each charged with larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, both misdemeanors.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
