Bilingual Poetry Reading at Newburgh Library
Robert Gould will hold a poetry reading in English and Spanish at the Newburgh Library
The Newburgh Free Library and the Hudson River Poets will present a Bilingual Poetry Reading by Roberta Gould on Thursday at 7 p.m.
The reading is part of the library's celebration of National Poetry Month.
Robert Gould is a local poet who has studied in the United States and in Mexico. Her poetry has appeared in the New York Times, Poetry Now, and other publications. After her reading, there will be readings by members of the Hudson River Poets. Light refreshments will be served.
