CT Woman Accused Of Fraudulently Using Disabled Adults' Debit Cards: NYSP
An employee at an Orange County facility noticed that two women had low bank account balances and unauthorized transactions in the Bronx.

GOSHEN, NY — A Connecticut woman is accused of abusing a position of trust to take advantage of disabled adults, according to state police investigators.
New York State Police say that a 37-year-old Stratford, Connecticut woman was arrested on June 24, on fraud-related charges.
State police say an investigation began on April 17, after an employee of St. Dominic's Family Services, a facility for mentally disabled adults, noticed unusually low bank account balances for two residents and unauthorized transactions made in the Bronx.

The two female victims, ages 28 and 29, told investigators that Taylor had their debit cards.
She is accused of unlawfully using the debit cards to make personal purchases without the permission of the cardholders, according to NYSP.

Taylor was arrested and processed at State Police Monroe.
Police say she was charged with two felony counts of third-degree grand larceny, two felony counts of first-degree identity theft, two felony counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, two misdemeanor counts of third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification, and two misdemeanor counts of second-degree scheme to defraud.
She was scheduled to be arraigned in the Town of Goshen Court on June 24.
