Dr. Inder Lal joins HQMP Division of Medical Oncology

Dr. Inder Lal has joined Health Quest Medical Practice as a medical oncologist. His office is located at the Dyson Center for Cancer Care, second floor, 45 Reade Pl.

Lal most recently served as a hospitalist at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire and previously as a hospitalist at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, also in New Hampshire.

"I am very excited to join the specialized team of oncologists, surgeons and staff at the Dyson Center,” Lal said. “My approach to cancer care is to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient through a multidisciplinary team approach in order to help patients get back to their lives. By educating patients and their families about cancer, I aim to help them understand the most up-to-date treatment options and make informed decisions.”

Lal received his medical degree from Chandka Medical College in Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Lal has been in practice for more than 15 years and holds board certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
