Dutchess County Man Accused Of Having Child Pornography

The man was charged with felony possessing a sexual performance by a child.

HOLMES, NY — A Dutcess County man was arrested after being accused of having child pornography.

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office said Daniel Arnold, 37, of Holmes, was arrested Wednesday and charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a felony.

Authorities said that, as part of the investigation, various electronic devices and material were seized upon the execution of a search warrant.

After being processed, Arnold was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of East Fishkill Court Dec. 19.
