A major storm is causing some closings and delays in school openings around the region.
HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Due to inclement weather, there are a few changes to school scheduled in the Hudson Valley.
As of 8:15 a.m., here are the closings and delays. (* = updated)
- Chatham: 2-hour delay
- Eldred: 2-hour delay
- Ellenville: 2-hour delay
- Fallsburgh: Closed
- Greenburgh: 2-hour delay
- Greenville: Closed*
- Iona Prep: 9:30 a.m. opening
- Liberty: Closed
- Livingston: Closed
- Monticello: Closed
- Mount Pleasant-Cottage: 2-hour delay
- Onteora: Closed*
- Port Jervis: 2-hour delay
- Sullivan County BOCES: Closed
