ID Of 26-Year-Old Found Dead In Van At Disabled Facility Released By Authorities
He was found on Monday inside the parked transportation van owned by New Horizons, according to New York State Police.

HYDE PARK, NY — State police have released the identity of the 26-year-old man found dead at New Horizons Resources.
Troopers from the Rhinebeck barracks were dispatched to the facility, located on Cream St. in Hyde Park, around 2 p.m. on Monday, state police said.
Police say that Thomas Anderson, of Hyde Park, a resident at New Horizons, was found dead inside the parked transportation van owned by the agency.

According to its website, the agency serves individuals with developmental disabilities.
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, along with the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office, are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Anderson's death.

State police say that an autopsy was completed, and the cause of death remains pending until further examination is completed and toxicology results are received. No additional information is available at this time.
