NJ Man Nabbed On Taconic For Felony Possession Of Heroin, Crack: NYSP
An estimated 18 grams of crack-cocaine, and 4.4 grams of heroin were seized by New York State Police troopers following a traffic stop.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — A New Jersey man had an eventful visit to the Empire State and ended up sticking around for a while.
New York State Police say that on Dec. 3, the Community Stabilization Unit arrested a New Jersey man for felony possession of heroin and crack on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill.
Around 7 p.m., troopers stopped a 2012 Cadillac CTS for vehicle and traffic violations on the Taconic State Parkway.

Troopers determined the driver, 33-year-old Atreyu Z. Kennedy, of Newark, was in illegal possession of an estimated 18 grams of crack-cocaine, and 4.4 grams of heroin.
Kennedy was arrested for two counts of felony third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and felony fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was arraigned before the Town of East Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
