Polls Open Tuesday For Presidential Primaries In Mid-Hudson Valley

Sample ballots for both the Republican and Democratic primaries can be found on your county's Board of Election website.

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The period of early voting for the 2024 presidential primary in New York has passed, but the polls will be open again Tuesday, April 4.

Voters registered as Democrats or Republicans in the mid-Hudson Valley can cast their ballots for presidential candidates from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

It is still possible to submit an absentee ballot application in-person to your county board of election on Monday, April 1. The voted absentee ballot must be postmarked by Tuesday, April 2 and received by your county board of elections by April 9.

You may return your voted absentee ballot in person by the close of polls at 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 2.
