UPDATE 3:30 p.m. — O&R is dealing with several small outages across its coverage area, including Orange and Rockland counties and northern New Jersey.
Eight customers are without power near Port Jervis, with restoration expected by 7 p.m. Six are affected in Westtown and nine in New Hampton.
Two customers are out of power in Palisades.

In New Jersey, 29 customers are out of power near Wyckoff.
ORANGE COUNTY, NY — Orange & Rockland Utilities reports two small outages in Orange County.

One near the Warwick Municipal Airport affects 13 customers. O&R estimates power will be restored by 5 p.m.
One west of Durlandville affects 12 customers; power is expected to be restored by 6 p.m.
