HUDSON VALLEY, NY — It seems that in some parts of the Hudson Valley winter doesn’t want to completely let go.

A strong arctic cold front will move across the region late Wednesday afternoon and night after the evening rush hour, accompanied by a line of rain showers and snow squalls with gusty winds.

To that end, the National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties in the mid-Hudson Valley.
