MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — An overnight mix of wintry weather, including freezing rain and snow, has caused some area schools districts to delay opening Tuesday.
As of 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, here are the schools that have altered their schedules:
- Beacon: 2-hour delay
- Dover:: 2-hour delay
- Ellenville: 2-hour delay
- Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery: 2-hour delay
- Kingston: 2-hour delay
- Marlboro: 2-hour delay
- Monticello: 2-hour delay
- New Paltz: 2-hour delay
- Onteora: 2-hour delay
- Pawling: 2-hour delay
- Pine Plains: 2-hour delay
- Poughkeepsie: 2-hour delay
