Sullivan County Man Accused Of Helping Wife Die By Suicide

LIBERTY, NY — A Sullivan County man was arrested after being accused of helping his wife die by suicide.
Kenneth Alger III, 38, of Liberty, was charged with second-degree manslaughter in the death of Amanda Alger, 31, News 12 reported Monday.
Village of Liberty Police Department officers found Amanda Alger's body March 2 in the area of Liberty Cemetery on Cold Spring Road, MidHudson News reported.

Alger was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail after being arraigned.
