Ulster Man Accused Of Illegally Sharing Intimate Images
Police said the man faces a felony charge of unlawful surveillance and other charges.
CLAVERACK, NY — An Ulster County man was charged with a felony after being accused of disseminating intimate images of someone.
The New York State Police from the Livingston barracks on Tuesday arrested Joshua P. Sickler, 44, of Port Ewen.
He was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance, a felony, and unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image and second-degree aggravated harassment, misdemeanors.

After receiving a complaint, investigators found that Sickler disseminated intimate images of the victim, police said.
He was arraigned in the Town of Claverack Court and sent to the Columbia County Jail without bail.

Sickler is next scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims and ask any person believing they may be a victim of similar crimes committed by Sickler to call the New York State Police at 845-677-7300.
