Walk Your Dog in New Paltz on May 7 for the Library

You can get exercise, spend quality time with your dog, and raise money for the Elting Memorial Library all at the same time on May 7.

The library is holding “Walkin’ the Dog” as a fundraiser. Starting at the corner of Huguenot and Main streets, walkers will follow a gentle 1.25-mile loop through New Paltz. The fee is $15 per dog, but that fee will be waived for anyone who has at least $35 in sponsorships or contributions.

The Elting Memorial Library is the public library for both the Town and Village of New Paltz and is located at 93 Main Street. There is more information about the dog walk at the library’s website.
