Wallkill Man Accused Of Rape, Incest In Crawford
After arraignment, the man was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail.
CRAWFORD, NY — A town of Wallkill man was accused of sexually assaulting someone in the town of Crawford.
The Crawford Police Department said, on Saturday, Jesse B. Boniface, 51, of the town of Wallkill, was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sex act and first-degree incest, all felonies.
Authorities said Boniface appeared in central arraignment and was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail.
